Licensed Users
If you have a valid license for the WP Inventory Pro then please reach out to us via:
- Plugin Support Tab – Inside of your WordPress dashboard under your “WP Inventory” tab you have a “Support” tab. It is very helpful if you send support requests via this method as it allows us to know what WPIM add ons you are using as well as your PHP, MySQL and system information. This method will result in the most effective response.
- Licensed User Support Form – Fill out the form on our licensed user support page and someone will be in touch with you within 24 business hours.
