Please Note:  As of version 1.4.2, we offer support directly through your WordPress dashboard.  This is located in the “Support” tab under your WP Inventory menu item.

If for any reason you cannot submit a ticket through the plugin, we offer three different options for support:


With both User Documentation and Developer Documentation for your reference.

Support for Licensed Users.

If you have purchased a license, then support is included in your license.  Please complete the support request form.

Per-Incident Paid Support.

If you do not have a license, but would like specific support, paid per-incident support is your best option.
